Campus Pastor - The River Stonington

Katy Rumill serves as Campus Pastor at The River, Stonington campus, co-pastoring alongside Ralph, her husband of nearly 25 years. Katy has a heart to serve the Lord and people, whether behind the salon chair where she has been a hairstylist since 2000, or in various ministries, from hospitality, prayer, finance, or as an armor bearer to Pastors' Jody and Nancy. She has served at The River since 2015 in any capacity needed. Katy has also completed 2 years of Biblical Studies through the Kineo Ministry Training Center.

Born and raised in Colorado and Kansas, Katy came to Maine to visit family for 3 weeks as a graduation present, and during this time felt the Lord directing her to stay in Maine. She loves the ocean, not being on the water, but on land, spending time, and sitting in His presence. She also enjoys motorcycle riding with her husband.

Katy and Ralph share a deep heart for the people of Deer Isle and Stonington, feeling humbled and honored to lead the island to Jesus.
