Senior Leader - The River Church

Michelle serves as a Senior Leader and Missions Director at The River Church, where she has faithfully served for the past 8 years. Together with her husband Eric, she co-owns a business and has been purposefully positioned in marketplace ministry, where she integrates her professional background with her spiritual calling.

Drawing from her background in executive healthcare leadership, Michelle has been equipped to serve with both professional excellence and spiritual depth. This unique combination of business acumen and spiritual leadership allows her to lead with both insight and heart, providing practical wisdom and a deep commitment to God’s calling.

Michelle’s heart is to see people encounter the transformative love of Jesus and walk confidently in their God-given authority. After a radical encounter with Jesus at the age of 25, her life was forever changed, and she is passionate about helping others experience the same life-altering presence of God. Her desire is to see individuals not only grow in their faith but also take bold steps into the fullness of their calling.

Alongside her husband, who also serves in ministry, Michelle prioritizes her family as her first ministry. Together, they are blessed with two children, and Michelle is deeply grateful for the role God has entrusted her with as both a mother and a leader.

Michelle’s leadership is rooted in a deep love for God’s presence, and she considers it a privilege to help guide others into an intimate relationship with Him. Her passion is to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, both in the church and beyond.
