Campus Pastor – The River Stonington

Ralph Rumill serves as Campus Pastor at The River Church’s Stonington campus, co-pastoring alongside Katy, his wife of nearly 25 years. Having been with The River since its inception in Bar Harbor, Ralph has played an active role in church growth and expansion, using healthy Kingdom Culture to reach Maine communities with the love of Christ. Both Ralph and Katy share a deep heart for the people of Deer Isle and Stonington, feeling humbled and honored to lead the island to Jesus.

Raised in Ellsworth, Maine, Ralph was radically saved at age 16 after being invited to a local church, where he immediately sensed a call to ministry. Over the years, he and Katy served faithfully in local church leadership, including nearly 15 years alongside Pastors Jody and Nancy Patterson.

Driven to deepen his ministry training, Ralph graduated from Kineo Ministry Training Center’s two-year diploma program in 2024. That same year, he was ordained for full ministry through The River Church. Ralph’s heart and calling center on evangelism, outreach, and sharing Christ’s love across New England. Deeply committed to being "Jesus with skin on" to everyone he encounters, Ralph passionately teaches on God’s mercy, grace, loving others, and Kingdom Culture.
