Expanding To Make Way
Our mission, “To be a place where the Spirit of God may be honored in all we do through Discipleship, Fellowship, and Outreach,” is the driving force behind our desire to expand physically to make way for souls and expansion of ministries for the Kingdom. Dream it, Build it, Grow it!

In February 2022 we launched a large capital campaign for a full renovation to our existing building and a 7000 sq. ft. two-story addition. Our current building has been well cared for over the years, but it is in need of structural attention to make the space safe and usable for many more years to come. The new space is to meet present and future demands.

On July 18, 2022, we broke ground! We say “Yes, Lord!” Our key focus for this space is to create a place of worship and service for not only those who call The River their home now, but for generations to come.
This expansion will give this ministry space to meet current obstacles we face as the church body grows and the building ages. The renovated and new space will allow us to expand outreach and service that we currently host, as well as accommodate future ministry plans.

We declare every week: souls and more souls saved and set free, carrying Kingdom Revival! That is our heart’s cry: to continue to put our hands to the plow, to stir and revive the hearts of this community, this county and this state for His Glory!

The Vision For Our Growth
Our expansion project aims to create a more welcoming and accommodating space for members of the congregation and the wider community. By increasing the size and improving the functionality of the church, we seek to better serve the needs of those who come to worship and participate in various church activities.
